I provide personalized online personal training that combines strength training, mobility, balance, core work, and cardio based on your goals and fitness level. Programs are designed to support overall health, functional fitness, and long-term consistency, with many clients also working on weight management, posture, and injury prevention.
Most clients are adults in their 50s and beyond looking for safe, effective online personal
training they can maintain long term. Many are getting started, returning after time away, or focused on maintaining strength, mobility, and independence. I specialize in over-50 fitness while working with a range of experience and fitness levels.
That’s very common. I specialize in over-50 fitness and working with individuals who are new to exercise, returning after time away, or managing medical conditions or past injuries. Training begins at an appropriate level and progresses gradually, with a focus on safety, comfort, and building confidence. When appropriate, I can also work in alignment with recommendations from your physician or physical therapist.
Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief intake and health questionnaire. We’ll review that together and go through a simple movement assessment to evaluate balance, mobility, strength, and posture. This allows me to design a fully customized program based on your needs. We’ll also confirm your space and camera setup so I can clearly see your movement during sessions.
No. Many clients start with little or no equipment. I design your program based on what you have and your available space. If needed, I may suggest a few simple, cost-effective items such as dumbbells or resistance bands.
Very little. A small open area is usually enough. During the intake process, I evaluate your space and design workouts that fit comfortably within it.
Sessions are conducted through live video using FaceTime, Zoom, or a similar platform. The setup is simple, and I’ll guide you on camera positioning so I can clearly see your movement.
Yes. With real-time coaching, personalized programming, and consistent feedback, online
personal training can be just as effective as in-person sessions.
Most clients train with me 1–3 times per week depending on goals, schedule, and preference. I also provide simple at-home exercises to support progress between sessions.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment based on availability. Once your regular weekly time is established, it is reserved and held exclusively for you to support consistency and progress.
