I specialize in over-50 fitness and senior fitness training, providing personalized online personal training for adults in their 50s through their 90s. Whether getting started, returning after time away, or managing health concerns, the focus is always on safe, steady progress and building confidence.

Working out on the Bosu

For those dealing with past injuries, chronic pain, or medical conditions, training is approached carefully and intelligently. I use targeted corrective exercise to improve posture, mobility, and muscular imbalances, and often work in alignment with recommendations from physicians or physical therapists. Balance training is also a key component, helping reduce fall risk and improve stability.

Using the TRX

For more active individuals, training is designed to maintain strength, mobility, and overall fitness through structured, engaging at-home workouts.


All sessions are delivered through live online fitness coaching, providing consistent, personalized guidance in a comfortable home environment.
