How It Works
Jim uses an eclectic approach, drawing from a wide variety of tools, strategies, and training techniques to ensure that your program is best suited to your individual needs and goals. There are no gimmicks, just solid exercise science, proven strategies, and top-quality equipment selected for effectiveness, variety, and safety. Tools we might choose from during a training session might include: kettlebells and dumbbells; TRX® Suspension Training; Bosu® balance trainer; UltraSlide®; exercise bike, treadmill; and many others. And you will be given exercises that you can easily do on your own at home in between sessions. That's how we get it done!
